Do video projects qualify for a grant?
Projects must have a still photography component. We will not award films or documentaries for this grant, but if video is a component of your project, along with still photography, it will be considered.
Do I need to have already started the project that I’m applying for in the grant?
No, you’re welcome to apply to the grant for projects that are already in progress or that haven’t begun yet.
What kind of images should I submit in the application?
If you have already started the project you intend to continue with grant funding, you may include some of the existing material. If you haven’t yet started working on the project, we recommend submitting a story, rather than singles. The images do not need to be related to the project proposal.
Can I apply with my artist name or do I need to apply with my legal name?
